Overview
The Master of Science in International Real Estate (MSIRE) program at FIU is the largest real estate program in Florida and taught by one of the greatest numbers of full-time, research-acclaimed, real estate PhD faculty in the nation. Ranked No. 1 in the world for real estate faculty research by the Journal of Real Estate Literature, our accelerated degree program is designed to focus on high-level investment real estate transactions with an international scope. The curriculum helps develop real-world knowledge in valuation, investment analysis, real estate markets, performance measurement, corporate asset management, financing techniques, law, technology and accounting.
